GRIEVANCES

At Maccabi Australia, we aim to provide the best environment to develop our athletes to their full potential. To best support this aim, we want to know of any concerns that may arise so that we can resolve these in order to provide the best environment for our athletes.

Please direct any issues or concerns in the first instance to the Club to which you belong and to your state Maccabi entity. If the issue is not able to be resolved satisfactorily or you would like further advice or support, please contact the Executive Director of Maccabi Australia, Robert Weisz, on robert@maccabiaustralia.com.  

Concerns will be dealt with by the Grievance Committee of Maccabi Australia, made up, in 2008-2009, of the following:

•    Henry Jolson QC (Chairperson)
•    Tom Danos
•    Philip Sheezel

The Grievance Committee will give each party concerned the opportunity to be heard. The Chairperson of the Committee will report the results of its work to the Maccabi Australia Board within thirty days of its establishment.

Most items are able to be resolved quickly through this straightforward process.
