OVERVIEW

The Maccabi Australia Leadership Program was designed with one thing in mind - to teach participants the right kind of knowledge that will raise their level of ability as leaders and in every other area of their lives.

This is a most advanced, practical and action-oriented program which is tested, proven and successful. To make this program “world best” we will make sure to:

Why a Leadership Program?
• Any organization, including Maccabi Australia is only as strong as its leaders
• Maccabi Australia’s (and the community’s) leaders are 50 and older
• The leaders of today need up-skilling
• There is a gap, with too few 30-45 year old leaders
