Maccabi Australia Uniform Tender

In
April 2010 Maccabi Australia Inc called for tenders from interested parties to
become UNIFORM SUPPLIER. The tender will include the supply of uniform to the
Organisation for the period 1 July 2010 until 30 June 2014.
The
tender is for travel and athletic uniform, accessories, bags and other items
for national and international Maccabi events including Maccabi Australia
International Games 2010, the European Games 2011, JCC Maccabi Games 2011, Pan
American Games in 2011, Maccabiah in 2013, other nominated events.
All
interested agents are encouraged to submit a tender in writing to info@maccabiaustralia.com. Tenders
will close on 31 May 2010.
Tenders
will be considered by a Sub-Committee using an industry matrix, evaluating;
price, professionalism, resources, added value and management. The
Sub-Committee will include Board members Harry Procel (President), Lisa
Borowick (Treasurer) and Jeff Sher (holds the National Sport portfolio and
comes to Maccabi with significant commercial expertise). All tender
documentation, including fees, prices, offering or any other related
information will be kept confidential.
As
a general guide, 400-500 participants attend Maccabiah in Israel, 10-20 attend
the European Games, 20-30 attend the JCC Games in the USA, and 70-100 attend
the Pan American Games in South America.
Uniform
items include: 2-piece tracksuit, several polos, shorts, cap, towel, bag, and
sport-specific apparel. Other items include; tshirt, flags, caps, badges.
